This video is a combination of my love of Austin, adventure, advertising, and more! At Culhane Premier Properties, we not only advertised our listings but also the booming city we live in! I have always been someone who takes pictures and videos everywhere I go. These are all videos I've taken since moving to Austin. This video was posted on the Culhane Premier Properties Instagram and Facebook, and was also run as an ad and was viewed over 10,000x.
Property Videos
I have made many Tik Toks and Reels for new listings of a real estate company. This was a special listing. I used trending music and kept the video short. This has been viewed over 68.K times! It was liked over 3,300 times and our following grew by over 300 people in under 24 hours!
Zip Code Reels
For this project, I featured Austin's hottest Zip Codes. I researched recent market stats and things to do in the area. I ended the video by providing a Call To Action. I added the contact info of a realtor on our team that lives in the highlighted area. This project has been a success.
